Welcome to Tromsø, 300km above the arctic circle.
On my way home, I stopped off in Tromsø, Norway. Yes, it was mid-winter and yes, Tromsø is 300km above the arcitc circle, sitting at the tip top of Europe. It was prehaps one of the most photographic times to visit.
